Q. Can I change my order?
A. You cannot change your order once it is placed but you can cancel the order and place a new order instead.

2. Payment

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept all Domestic & International Debit & Credit Cards, UPI, COD, Freecharge, Paytm Wallet & PhonePe.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?
A. You'll be charged in your local currency.

Q. Do you offer EMI option?
A. No, we do not offer EMI option as of now, but we are working on it.

3. Shipping

Q. Where do you ship?
A. We ship globally. Our Indian Shipping Partner is Delhivery and for International Shipping Partner is Aramex.

Q. How long does it take to ship my order?
A. We ship our orders within 2-3 working days. The product usually gets delivered within 7-10 days.

Q. Do you offer fast shipping?
A. No, we do not offer fast shipping.
Q. What if I'm not home?
A. The Delivery Executive will attempt delivery 3 times. They will call you before delivering the package. Alternately, you can ask the delivery person to leave the parcel at your neighbor or at the security if you are planning to go out.

Q. Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
A. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Colour Me Mad Private Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Q. Do you have physical stores?
A. No, we do not have a physical store.
