Exchange Policy

We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Only once your request is excepted by YFD team then only the procedure will start.

YFD does not offer any refund on any of our products under any circumstances and an exchange can be done for which the courier cost of INR 200 needs to be borne by the customer. In case the required size is not available with footwear then the request for exchange will not be entertained.
