Q: What technology are you using for changeable insoles?
We use velcro technology so that the insoles stays firmly fastened to cork foot-bed. The velcro is tested, for upto 5000 uses for fastening and unfastening.

Q: What makes your lighter now?
A: We've been able to improve our manufacturing technology so that we have more cork in our foot-bed making it 30% lighter.

Q: Are the changeable insoles washable?
A: Yes, you can hand-wash or machine wash the changeable insoles.

Q: What is different about these foot beds compared to the old ones?
A: Apart from making it lighter, this foot-bed has more arch support and deeper heel-cup to provide you with superior comfort and more health benefits.

Q: Tell us little bit about your Kolhapuri Launch
A: We've always loved the KPs and so have you.
But we realized the the KPs need to be reinvented to make it relevant in today's time hence we have developed KPs which are comfortable chic and contemporary

Q: Why have you reduced the sole thickness?
A: Our research showed that our customers get a lot of comfort using our cork foot-bed which is also very strong so reducing the thickness by 30% not only makes the footwear lighter but also more appealing.

Q: Why do you use cork in your footwear?
A: Cork is a wonder material, it has healing properties. It is light weight yet durable & moisture resistant. It shock absorbent for ultimate comfort.

Q: What are payment options provided?
A: We have Cash on Delivery & Paytm Payment Gateway and Paytm Wallet for Indian orders & PayPal for International orders.

Q: What are the delivery charges?
A: We ship for free across India. We charge a nominal fee for orders outside India. Shipping charges will be added to your final price while placing an order.

Q: Can I change my order?
A: You can change your order anytime before checkout, but once you have placed an order it cannot be changed.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We do not accept the order cancellation request once your order has been packed. In case delivery is attempted, we request you to deny acceptance if you do not wish to keep the product.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! You can track your order by logging into your account (you can log in by clicking on the login page link at the very top of the page). Under “My Account” you will have to click on “My Orders” you fill find a link to “Track Your Order”

Q: What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
A: The delivery person will call you before delivering the order. The package can be left at the neighbor or the watchmen. If in case any of the above mentioned isn’t possible your package will be taken back to the courier facility and delivery will be attempted again within next 2 working days.

Q: My order is delayed more than 7 days. Why is that?
